TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

The main condition for giving you a car for hire is the conclusion of the “Rental Agreement”.

List of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:

• passport (age not less than 22 years)
• driver’s license (driving experience of at least 2 years)
• identification code

Tenant Requirements

• Age at least 22 years
• Driving experience of 2 years

Payment

• For the convenience of customers, we offer various payment methods, including By bank transfer with VAT
• Cash
• Visa / Mastercard

Required Security Amount

• The deposit is paid by the client upon signing the contract
• Cash (depending on the class of car)
• By blocking the deposit amount on the tenant’s credit card
• The return of the deposit is made at the time of returning the car to the lessor, subject to the conditions of the contract
  

Mileage

• The daily mileage limit is 300 km. In the event of a rerun, each kilometer is additionally paid according to the tariffs of this car

Lease term

• The minimum rental period is 24 hours
• The start of the lease term is considered to be the moment of signing the acceptance certificate of the vehicle.

Issuing / returning a car

• A car is issued after signing a rental contract and filling out a transfer acceptance certificate
• A car is issued after full settlement under a rental agreement
• At the rental offices of the company during working hours (from 9.00 to 19.00 daily) at the client’s address (paid service) during non-working hours at the office, and at the client’s address (paid service)
• The car is issued in its pure form
• The amount of fuel is noted in fact in the act of acceptance of the car
• The car returns in its purest form
• When returning the car in a dirty form or with not enough fuel, the tenant makes an additional payment according to the tariffs of the company.

Calculation for services of hire is carried out at the conclusion of the contract. It is possible both cash and non-cash payment. The mileage limit for all car models is 300 km per day. If the mileage limit is exceeded, an additional charge will be charged. The amount of gasoline in the car when it is delivered to the client must correspond to the same quantity on the return.
